The Tulsa Indian Club is proud to host the 20th annual Day Ohn Day 5K & 10K Run!
Start at the Mohawk Park Shelter #3 (5701 E. 36th St. North, Tulsa OK)
25 MAY 2024, 5K/10K @ 0730, & the Fun Run @ 0735

The Day Ohn Day highlights health and fitness in our Oklahoma communities with this friendly and competitive event. All are welcome to come have a wonderful day.

Event Information

1 Mile Funrun - $30 / 5K - $40 / 10K - $45

The Day Ohn Day Virtual Run - $40 - you may add $8 for mailing option and packets will be mailed on 22 May 2024. OR pickup your virtual packet from RunnersWorld Tulsa during packet pickup dates/times.
Virtual registration ends 20 May 2024. See Virtual Run Info to upload your times and photos

PACKET PICKUP will be at RunnersWorld Tulsa located at 3920 South Peoria in Tulsa from 24 May from 10 AM - 6 PM.

Race Day registration/packet pickup will be open from 6:30 AM - 7:20 AM.
 
Prizes/Awards to the following categories;

  • OVERALL MALE & FEMALE AWARD
  • 3 DEEP IN STANDARD AGE BRACKETS 
  • 5K OPEN TEAM CATEGORY - Top 2 Teams based on fastest average gun time of all team members (minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 for qualifying participants) - team awards are not presented for 10K. 10K team member do not count towards 5K team awards.
  • PRINCESS CHALLENGE - PAST & PRESENT ROYALTY 5K Competition 
  • CHIEF CHALLENGE - Tribally Sponsored Teams 5K Competition

All participants will receive finisher medals for all races while supplies last!

Shirts are limited, so register fast to secure yours!!

All registrations are final. No refunds! No make-up date in the event the race is cancelled due to weather. If authorized, transfers and deferrals will incur a $10 service fee.

Chief / Princess Challenges

CHIEF CHALLENGE
The Chief Challenge encourages indigienous tribes to register their group (team) to represent them for friendly competition. The award is presented to the tribe with the most particpants that complete the event. This catagory is not associated or scored in the Open Team category.

PRINCESS CHALLENGE

The Princess Challenge encourges PAST & PRESENT ROYALTY of any indigenous tribe or indigenous organization to represent and compete with each other in the Day Ohn Day 5K race. 

(Please select the "Princess Challenge" during the registration process so we can easily determine the princess challenge participants.)

Course Information

COURSE MAP

The course is a 5K (3.1 miles) one loop course; 10K (6.2 miles) two loops. Flat and fast. USATF certified course. Located in the serene and picturesque Mohawk Park, next to the Tulsa Zoo.

Virtual Results Submission

Submitting your Virtual run time is simple:
Use the Free Its Your Race APP or do it manually
(See the links in the right column for Apple & Android)


Manual Entry:
1. Click “Results” link at the top of this page and then select the results for the Virtual Day Ohn Day. The ItsYourRace results page for the Virtual race will appear.

2.  Find your name in the results for your distance. You will see an "Update Time" button on the right side of the page.  Click "Update Time".

3. If you are not currently logged into ItsYourRace, a login window will appear. Log in using your ItsYourRace user id (email address you registered with) and password.  Can't remember?  Click "Forgot Your Password" to reset. If its your first time, you may need to create an account.

4. Enter your time and click the "Save Your Time" button. Simple! Note: Results will remain hidden until 25 May, 2024 @ 8:00am. You may upload times from 20 May - 30 May, 2024.



Using the IYR APP:
Don't forget, you can upload your own photo with your results!
